I decided to purchase this at $299 after the glossy black oCOSMO 40 inch set was sold out.
For $300 this TV is great:
Light at less than 20 pounds.
Decent picture, though color has some noticeable banding at times.
Bright enough, even when mounted just below florescent lights in an office.
3 HDMI ports, VGA/D-Sub port, Audio In, Coax, RCA Audio out, RCA Aaudio/Video in, and 1 set component inputs.
Sounds pretty low quality.
