Once you go with a large TV, it's hard to go back to a smaller unit! This thing is HUGE. With viewing distances under 10 ft., 80 inches may be overkill. DirecTV/cable broadcasts that are heavily compressed do not look that great on the TV due to the artifacts, especially when seen up close. For things like Netflix and Blu-ray, they look great even from around 8 ft.
Right now, 4K TVs are not worth the cost of admission, especially when there is so little media available tha...
