I was pleased with the seller's service. The TV itself has a great picture both on regular stations and HiDef. My complaint is that the sound is missing a bass component because (to my ears) it is at a high pitch and "tinny" - like a speaker from the 1930's era radio. Because of this, I'm using my "TV Ears" in order to have good sound quality. The DVD component is kind of sluggish in accepting the DVD and at times won't give it back . I have to press the eject button a few times...

If you buy this TV with the expectations that it'll perform like a primary $1,500 240hz 3D LEDTV then you will be highly disappointed. However, if you are like me (a few months ago) and are in need of a second TV for the bedroom or small apartment then this TV is more than adequate for your needs! I've had this TV for a couple weeks now, so although I cannot comment on the reliability of this TV, I can comment on its performance.
When I was shopping for an HDTV, this was the least expensive HDTV that I could find in the 45"-49" size that would accept 1080p over VGA and component inputs (not common) in addition to HDMI. This included plasma TVs.
