This unit packs a lot into a nice package for a really nice price. If you're looking for something just one notch below premium (i.e. a great set with great value) then buy this set. Don't be thrown by the price; this TV looks great and performs superbly.

When we got the item the box wasn't damaged. The screen has scratches on it and the the top of the frame is off so the LEDs are shining through the top. The picture is very unimpressive. 1080p .....definitely not. I tried to call tiger direct and I was hung up on after waiting on the phone for 20min and transferred. The 32" version in previous years has been top rated by Consumer Reports. So i purchased the new F model, but not the more expensive 40". A search at the Samsung website for this exact model (UN39FH5000) returns "Sorry, no results were found". Most consumers are being steered to add 1" screen size for $150+ ! Is this 39" model the only bargain in the Samsung line?
