This is my first HDTV, so keep that in mind - I was bound to be wowed by HD, no matter what the TV. But I really like this one. It has excellent specs (high contrast ratio, 2.7ms response time, 120 Hz) and a 'picture wizard' that seemed to do a great job in calibrating the picture settings.
